The 100% silicone formula creates a durable, breathable, and permanently flexible membrane that performs through fluctuating conditions. In cold weather conditions, Elemax AWB does not require heating or mixing of additives, and low temperatures do not impact the silicones’ ability to bond and cure (assuming they are applied to clean and dry substrates). It can be exposed to a medium to heavy rain in as little as 30 minutes.
