Momentive offers three (3) types of warranties: Product, Product Plus, and Labor and Material.
Limited Product Warranties are available from Momentive in ten (10), fifteen (15) or twenty (20) year terms for commercial or residential projects in the US and Canada. The remedy under this warranty is to provide replacement product. No fees. No inspection. Available through any commercial roofing contractor.
Get your product warrantyProduct Plus Warranties are available from Momentive in ten (10), twenty (20) or thirty (30) year terms for commercial projects installed by a pre-approved Authorized Applicator. The remedy under this warranty is to provide replacement coating and labor to install that replacement coating. No fees. No inspection. If interested, contact us at roofwarranties@momentive.com.
Labor and Material Warranties are available from Momentive in ten (10), fifteen (15), and twenty (20) year terms for commercial projects installed by pre-approved Authorized Applicators. Remedies under this warranty include material and the labor needed to repair a leak up to a maximum lifetime amount equal to $1 per square foot of the total warranted roof area. Pre-approval, a fee and third-party inspection are required. If interested, contact us at roofwarranties@momentive.com.

Complete all fields on L&M Pre-Approval Request form and include additional required documentation (pictures, roof map, reports, etc.)
If approved, and after all of the steps are successfully completed, Momentive will issue the warranty electronically for signatures
The Authorized Applicator Program requires installer training and company evaluation for the ability to qualify for a Product Plus warranty or a Labor & Material warranty from Momentive Performance Materials (Momentive). New contractors will only be added in those geographic areas where Momentive determines that there is a need for additional applicators. The requirements are shown below.

Complete Enduris Roof Coat Applicator training (online or in-person)
Provide five (5) references for previous coating projects
Participate in MPM Account Manager interview
Company is in good standing with their supplier
Company maintains insurance as required
Complete and sign Application and Agreement
